The Desert Botanical Garden provides a world-class experience for every visitor. Through permanent trailside exhibits, temporary art exhibitions and seasonal experiences we seek to transform the visitor experience into one of discovery and meaning about the desert and desert plants.

Phoenix based designer and sculptor Larry Kornegay creates sculpture, graphic artistry, sign painting and fine art painting. Kornegay will have more than 20 pieces on display at Desert Botanical Garden. Larry Kornegay/New Work highlights both two-dimensional and three-dimensional artwork inspired by the natural world.
Mighty monarch butterflies return – and they are bringing friends! Beneficial insects join monarchs for the Garden’s fall butterfly exhibit, which invites visitors to take a closer look at the insects that care for and protect our desert environment.
Bold, colorful and monumental are all words that describe the work of ceramic artist Jun Kaneko. Kaneko’s exhibition at the Garden will include approximately 20 large-scale ceramic and bronze sculptures placed along the Garden’s trails.
