Jazz Con Alma (“Jazz with Soul”) infuses every musical selection with improvisation and fun. The band’s core is traditional jazz and Latin music but is influenced by the rhythms of samba, reggae, mambo, swing, and bossa nova. The band is made up of a stellar lineup of established Arizona musicians including Beth Lederman (keyboard), Felix Sainz (vocals/bass), Miguel Melgoza (vocals/percussion), Emerson Laffey (drums), and Ted Belledin (sax/melodica).

Concert Special: Jerked chicken thighs, cumin scented rice, black beans, tropical salsa, minted watermelon salad (gulten free, dairy free).
Dine at Gertrude’s, the Garden’s restaurant, prior to the concert, or at the Patio Café in Ullman Terrace after doors are open. The Patio Café offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and hot and cold drinks. Every week, a different special entrée is available for purchase at the chef-attended station by Fabulous Food Fine Catering and Events. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased from the boutique wine station and full cash bar.
