REGISTRATION FORM:
After purchasing your camp session on our website, please complete this form and send it to the Children’s Registrar at teacherrsvp@dbg.org or fax it to 480 481.8189. Your camp registration will not be complete until you receive confirmation from the Children’s Registrar.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds will be processed for cancellations made more than two weeks from the program start date.
- Cancellations made less than two weeks from the program start date will be assessed a $50 fee for half day summer camps or $75 for full day summer camps.
- Spring Break Drop Off program cancellation fee is $15.
