Drawing on recipes she developed for her award-winning book The Garden of Eating, Chef Rachel will show you how to make three mouthwatering main-dish salads, a simple dessert, and offer ideas for accompaniments. The recipes that will be demonstrated are wheat free, gluten free, and mostly dairy free.
