Green Chile Corn Tamales - A Holiday Treat

In this class, you will learn how to make delicious masa, and then fill your tamales with roasted green chiles and cheese. We will also discuss and sample a few variations on the classics, including the addition of sweet potatoes and compound butters. The demonstrated recipes are vegetarian.
