In this all-vegan class, Chefs Jason Wyrick and Madelyn Pryor will create a variety of dishes that incorporate everyone's favorite ancient seed—quinoa. Not only will this class explain how to use quinoa, it will show how it can be included in all meals of the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
