Base fee for guided field trips is $5 per students, teachers and other adults for tours booked before November 30, 2008. For base tours booked after this date, the base fee is $6 per person. Title 1 schools receive free guided field trips, October 2008 – February 2009.

1. Your Teaching Team and School Administrator have been notified of this tour booking.
2. Students will be divided into tour groups after everyone has entered the Garden.
3. Lunches and snacks are not permitted in the Garden.  Please leave all food in your buses or vehicles.
4. Groups arriving late (15 minutes or more) are subject to a reduced tour time.
5. Groups arriving early (30 minutes or more) will need to stay on the bus until greeted by a DBG guide.
6. A fee will be assessed for canceling your tour less than 3 weeks from your scheduled tour date. See Cancellation policy for fee information.

Self-guided field trips are available weekdays after 1 p.m. and anytime on weekends for: youth organizations, 9th grade through college, elementary school groups of less than 15, and adult groups from low income, special needs facilities. Base fee $3 per student, teacher and other adults.
