TICKETS & RAIN POLICY
Please present your ticket(s) to the Garden admissions staff on the evening indicated on the ticket. There are no refunds after ticket purchase except in the event of rain.
Rain-out Policy for Ticket Holders
In case of rain, the Desert Botanical Garden reserves the right to cancel the event night. Please call 480-941-1225 or visit www.dbg.org after 2:00 p.m. to verify if event night has been cancelled due to rain.
Ticket holders may choose from one of the following options:
1. Exchange ticket for any other available night of Luminaria 2007 by calling 480-481-8183 or 480-481-8114.
2. Use ticket for one general Garden admission in 2008 (not valid for special ticketed events).
3. Convert ticket into a charitable donation to the Garden. Request must be received by December 31, 2007.
4. Submit original ticket for a refund. Service fee is non-refundable for tickets purchased on-line. Request must be received by December 31, 2007.
