Fall will bring an unparalleled exhibit of botanical art to the Garden. Legacy features some of the finest works of artists given the Diane Bouchier Founder's Award for Excellence in Botanical Art from the American Society of Botanical Artists. Never before have the works of these artists been exhibited together. The 27 paintings and illustrations on display highlight both the scientific foundation and artistic expression of this unique art form.

The exhibit opening will kick off the annual American Society of Botanical artists Meeting and Conference hosted by the Garden for the first time. Botanical artists from all over the nation will get a chance to experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert here at the Garden. In conjunction, Phoenix Art Museum will also be hosting a juried show titled A Natural Perspective featuring the works of 40 artists from around the world. Whether hanging on the walls of Ottosen Gallery or planted among our trails the art and beauty of plants will be celebrated in a special way this fall.
