Everyone is welcome to drop in Webster Auditorium between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. to learn about the 20 different volunteer programs, talk to staff and volunteers, and sign up for training courses. There is something for everyone, including opportunities in education, horticulture, and special events. At this time, there is a great need for volunteer tour guides. Volunteer opportunities include weekday, weekend, morning, and afternoon programs. There are special, fun volunteer opportunities for youth, 12 years and older.
The Desert Botanical Garden’s new and growing programs, as well as its continued commitment to provide quality visitor experiences, require a need for dedicated volunteers with a passion for the Garden. For more information call 480-481-8197 or email nwhite@dbg.org.
