Students will enjoy being a real desert botanist and using their scientific process skills to investigate the secrets of Sonoran plant life. The tour will focus on desert leaves, seeds, colors, and water storage in succulents. Working in small groups, students will complete a variety of challenging and instructive experiments, and present data to the whole group at the conclusion.
