Give your family and friends healthy gifts without spending a fortune. Learn how to make memorable, mouthwatering gifts from readily available, whole food ingredients. Chef Rachel Albert will demonstrate delicious recipes and tips for making, wrapping, decorating, packing, freezing and shipping your homemade treasures. The recipes that will be demonstrated are wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and mostly vegetarian.
