Description

This is your chance to meet Stephen K. Eldridge, executive chef at the Garden's exciting new restaurant. In this workshop, Eldridge will discuss seasonal garden-to-table cooking and show how organic vegetables should be harvested. He will take you on a tour of Gertrude's garden to pick vegetables for a spring ragu that he will prepare, along with homemade pasta and cheese.
