In fact, the Aztec emperors used chocolate in a medicinal drink, and today chefs use it to add fragrance to beef, depth to chilies, and a sensuous sensation to everything from bread to sauces. Join Barbara Fenzl, owner of Les Gourmettes Cooking School, television personality and author of three cookbooks, as she shows you the versatility and pleasures of chocolate. This new menu will include grilled shrimp with a Catalonia/cocoa nib sauce, chili with chicken, tepary beans and chocolate, dried cranberry, orange, and chocolate muffins with orange butter and cherry chipotle brownies.
